Milan Furniture Fair

Arclinea made it an extra special Milan Furniture Fair, with an intentional focus on designer Antonio Citterio and his unique kitchen philosophy, for Eurocucina.
With a new video paying special homage to Wheat and its function as a centerpiece in Italian cuisine, and first glimpse of the new Convivium prototype kitchen, those fortunate to spend the week in Milan were by no means disappointed.
Here are a few key highlights…
In the video above (created for the event), Antonio Citterio shares with us his thoughts on the value of the kitchen project within the contemporary home..

AN ODE TO ITALIAN WHEAT
The visual motif of the Milano Design Week exhibition centered on Italian wheat and the concept of “from ear to bread”.
Through natural colors, styling, and refined graphic interventions, Arclinea transformed their Flagship Store via Durini into an expression of the simplicity and beauty of this main ingredient in Italian gastronomic culture — with styling by Simona Silenzi studio, and thanks to Mulino Padano and Tone Bread Lab.

ARCLINEA CONVIVIUM
The star of the week, however, had to be the showcase of an updated version of the Arclinea Convivium kitchen, originally designed by Antonio Citterio in 2002.
This new version highlights updates in equipment, fine details, and finishes, including the new technology of the Up & Down table in NFT black ash finish — an exclusive element of the kitchen collection.
