Pontsun

We have called this extra-wide and long wooden dining table Pontsun, the Japanese for pontoon. This is because its legs were inspired by the origami paper folding technique to provide strength, and the repetition of wooden planks as seen in pontoons and piers. Whether you are indoors or outdoors, this large, yet elegant, wooden dining table is perfect for get-togethers with lots of friends. Experience an oriental feel with the combination of robust wood and origami-like legs which combines perfectly with Extremis’ Captain’s Chairs.

This family-sized wooden dining table seats six to eight people. Because of the extra-wide tabletop, two additional chairs can be placed at either end of the table.
